2 Night Minimum Booking
Check In only on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Check Out at 10 am Check In at 4 pm
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Although we love children this is not a suitable accommodation for children.
Payment Schedule: 100% due at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
14 days before arrival - Admin fee of $50.00 per dome
7 days before arrival - 20% of total booking per dome
3 days before arrival - No refund (any circumstances)
We are in a stunning location but please bear in mind that we are on the side of a cliff overlooking the ocean and sometimes we are exposed to high winds, especially in September and October. We will close when the Government gives a specific weather warning. Otherwise we will decide if it is safe for visiting and reserve the right to cancel bookings for safety reasons at anytime. We are not responsible for bad weather and if we have to cancel we will give you the option of rebooking or a refund.
Our guests are responsible for leaving the room in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was when you arrived. The registered guest will be held responsible for any and all damages to the room found during the stay or after departure. This property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables that are not secured properly.
Code of Conduct - although quiet time starts at 10 pm please remember that this is in a rural area and we have to be mindful of other guest and neighbours at all times. Should we be called to your dome because of a noise complaint an additional night’s rental will apply.
There is a Designated Parking Lot for guests. No other vehicles except for guests are allowed on the property.
Each dome has a maximum of 2 guests and they must be 19 years or older.
Damage/loss of property - the signing guest will be held responsible for any lost or missing items from the dome or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
Please Clean Dishes and Barbeques. If they are not as clean as when you arrived a $75.00 fee will apply.
Smoking - Strictly Prohibited in all Domes. If we find smoking has occurred in the domes, there will be an automatic $200.00 charge on the credit card on file.
I understand that Archer’s Edge does not encourage intoxication and that alcohol consumption may lead to an altered physical and psychological state which may lead to physical injury or to cause damage to property.
I understand that there is the opportunity to pursue adventures and other activities at and around Archer’s Edge. I agree not to hold Archer’s Edge its owners, employees or sub-contractors liable for injury that may befall myself or accompanying guests while swimming,boating,hiking,walking,driving or any other activities that I or members of my family/group may pursue while on Archer’s Edge property.
Owner reserves right to refuse anyone and will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money/jewelry or valuables of any kind.
